I do most of my TV / movie watching through hulu / netflix. If they can't help, I go to illegal sites like thedarewall.com.

Yes, I know about popcorn and while version 5.4 still works and is being updated, I don't use it that often. I miss personalized queue and tracking of series (and or marking episodes as watched). Interface and ease of use is SO important to me that I hardly ever go looking for torrents. Or even use netflix - because no obvious hulu-like queueing system.

Today, I found something great!

FIRST: CHECK LOCAL LAWS IF YOU NEED PROTECTION BY VPN. EVEN IN The Netherlands WE HAVE TO START PROTECTING OURSELVES AGAINST CORPORATIONS SPYING UPON US! I like tigervpn.com a lot - I had download speeds (NL - NL) of 35Mbit. And they are offering lifetime subscriptions with big discounts... TigerVPN *was* great but has become a scam... Lifetime subscriptions are being cancelled by not renewing them. Their support went from awesome to non-existing at all. STAY AWAY!

ANYWAYS, back to my original story... Media player with torrent support: follow up for Popcorn Time!

Well, it came advised through 9gag comments...

I've been testing it for a few days now and it has its problems...

1. codec problems: no image, only subtitles
2. language problems: I found some movies with wrong language soundtrack - opening them in VLC gives no extra audio tracks either
3. not everything has a torrent (or a www-reference link)
4. it has links to legal sources (which could be an advantage too if you are willing to pay up)
5. crashes
6. movies not starting

So I won't be removing Popcorn Time any time soon either. They go well together. Use Stremio to keep track of everything (and maybe play when it works), use popcorn time if Stremio keeps you in the dark.
