HI Ibu,

don't worry, We'll do our best to help you.  :bih:

For the start I need more information about this HDD:

- how this problem occur ?

- when did you last time used them ?

- did this disc work 100% properly at that time ?

- did you try to install something on them, format them, make a partition or something like that ??

Also, for quick help, here you have two "old" but very "similar" cases with very good advices:

http://scforum.info/index.php/topic,5722.0.html

http://scforum.info/index.php/topic,3399.0.html

First provide us additional information and after that try to resolve this problem with advices from these two Topics.

cya later,

S.

Thanks

BTW this is an external hard drive

(In case required here is the pic of the drive here is the pic of the drive)

- Last time I plugged in the drive it was working perfectly fine... today when i plugged in using three different cables its not working giving me the same beeping sound and flashing light... although i see my device manger displaying a driver as "intio combo default controller" when i plug in the hard drive

- last used less than a week

- yes it was working 100%

- No i didn't install, format or partition the drive

I will look at these cases two and see if i can find a solution out of it

:)

Go to icare-recovery.com and download the free tool and scan it.  I have utilized this tool with pen drives and external usb drives when they are not detectable anymore and have worked great.  Test it out.
