It was a pain in the ass to update my bios...! It can only be done in MS Dos... NOT Windows DOS!

http://www.allbootdisks.com/download/iso.htmlExtract with 7zip. You will get many folders, among others BOOT and [BOOT]. Copy the BIOS software and images to a new folder.
Use MagicISO or UltraISO to create a new iso file. Make it bootable by importing the file within the [BOOT] folder. Add all other folders to the normal disc layout. Save ISO. Burn it for portable USB dvd player and update your BIOS. See better (longer) instructions in Bhargav's article
The article also mentions a remote way of deploying images. I most certainly wanna check that out (IPMI), but time prevents me for now.
