When using the windows device recovery tool 3.0.1, the error reading phone info failed with error 0x0000067 (thor2notresponding) appears after a long wait on Windows 10 x64.
Reason? Your USB port ain't that great any longer. Change USB ports. Or maybe cable? Problem solved ;p
