Step 1: Extract EDB Data to New PST
Install and Run the Exmerger.exe tool
Now Sign in to Exchange Server through Exmerge and select the option to Export data
In the selection procedure, click on 'Extract or Import (Two-step procedure)'
In the New Window that opens, select the option 'Extract data from an Exchange Server Mailbox'
Click on the Import Procedure tab and then select the option Archive data to target store
Now the location pre-set up is complete, provide the details for Migration

Step 2: Save Exported Data to PST
Once the set-up is completed then define the location of EDB and PST
In the Message detail, enter the information and create an empty PST folder. Remember the path
Select the mailbox (EDB data) to be exported and click on Next
Now click on the directory where you want to save PST by clicking on 'Change Folder' button
Now Click on Next and check the steps in the process in 'Process Status' window
Finally, click on Finish to move EDB files.
