Are those only spelling mistakes? Is it a question of VMware or some other matter?

I guess that... ;)

For other visitors, few information about VMware etc.

VMware: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VMware

Quote
"VMware, Inc. is a U.S. software company that provides cloud and virtualization software and services, and claims to be the first to commercially successfully virtualize the x86 architecture. Founded in 1998, VMware is based in Palo Alto, California. In 2004 it was acquired by and became a subsidiary of EMC Corporation, then on August 14, 2007, EMC sold 15% of the company in a New York Stock Exchange IPO. The company trades under the symbol VMW.

VMware's desktop software runs on Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X, while its enterprise software hypervisors for servers, VMware ESX and VMware ESXi, are bare-metal hypervisors that run directly on server hardware without requiring an additional underlying operating system."

Virtualization: http://www.vmware.com/virtualization

Quote
"Virtualization technology increases efficiency in your data center by enabling today's x86 servers to run multiple operating systems and applications. Workloads get deployed faster, performance and availability increases and operations become automated, resulting in IT that's simpler to manage and less costly to own and operate."

vSphere: http://www.vmware.com/products/vsphere

Quote
"VMware vSphere, the industry-leading server virtualization platform, lets you virtualize applications with confidence.

vSphere empowers users to virtualize scale-up and scale-out applications with confidence, redefines availability, and simplifies the virtual data center.

On my last install, my VMWares would only connect with static IP address, not with DHCP enabled... Never solved it either :/

Have you tested static IP? And of course, you created the virtual network adapter, right?

Are both VMs in the same network? Maybe it's just an IP conflict
