I Do Not Like Using Emulation Or Virtual Machines.

The Reproduction Of The Real Thing Is Never 100%.

As I Said, If The .EXE File Is Released, Somewhere In The Future, I Will Take A Look.

I Just Posted The Link In Case There Is Someone Interested.

Thank You.

I spend past few hours looking for Spartan Browser... unfortunately, without success. As I see (for now), the only way to test Spartan Browser is through the latest build of Windows 10 Technical Preview. :-\

I hope that someone else will have better luck and that it'll provide us link for direct download (only for Spartan). ;)

I Know.

Normal Users Can Not Even Download IE7 Or IE8 For XP Anymore, Only IE6.

Since IE9, M$ Is Desperate To Kill XP Any Way They Can.

There Are Still Many Millions Of XP PCs In The World, And Ironically Lots Of Other Browsers Still Support XP, But M$ Has Even Hidden Old Downloads For A Product Of Their Own.

Anyway, Several Neighbors Of Mine Will Not Replace Their VISTAs, And W7s, For W10 Anytime Soon, And I Like To Experiment New Software Whenever I Can.

And, I Like To Badmouth M$ Any Way I Can, Too.

Thank You.

...

Is The New Browser Available Somewhere For Download As A Simple EXE File Or Any Archive Format ?

...

I Am Not Minimally Interested In Any Newer WINDOWS OS, At Least For Now.

...

I'll try to find something... however, I doubt that it'll be possible to use this browser on some older Win OS.

For example, latest version of Internet Explorer is 11 (for Win 7 and above)... latest version for XP is No.8: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer.aspx

In order to upgrade your browser, you’ll need to first upgrade your system. Support for Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP ended on April 8, 2014.

I Just Wanted To Have A Chance To Test The Browser In Prior Environments.

So, No Individual Download, Just Yet ?

Thank You.

'Spartan' is seen as Internet Explorer's replacement

Microsoft’s radically redesigned web browser, Project Spartan, was released to the public in “preview mode” on Tuesday, giving users an early look at the successor to Internet Explorer.
“You will see a bold new design for Project Spartan,” Microsoft vice president Joe Belfiore wrote in a statement on Tuesday, “one that is streamlined and puts the focus on the page, not the browser.”

The browser includes built-in searches via Cortana, Microsoft’s digital assistant that can handle spoken commands like Siri or Google Now. It also includes an intriguing note-taking feature that enables the user to type or scribble directly onto a webpage. “Inking” could encourage users to take up the Surface tablet’s digital pen, which Microsoft is eager to promote as a more natural alternative to the keyboard.

The browser is currently available for download along with the latest build of Windows 10, which will be released as a free upgrade for Windows users this summer.
