Blackmoon. Monthly Digest. January, 2018

Dear friends,

We are very happy to introduce January digest where we will tell you about the results of the month and plans for the future.
Key highlights for this month are finalized smart-contracts, three new legal companies signed up, positive feedback from banks and brokerage companies.

More details:

1. Rebranding. Blackmoon Crypto -> Blackmoon.
2. Fund token interface and BMC holder account dashboard. ETA - end of February.
3. Smart contracts framework is complete.
4. Secondary market development (fund tokens):
- negotiations with local regulators on launching the trading platform in their jurisdictions (licenses/permissions ETA - May 2018).
- Nevertheless it will not have impact on the launch of the main platform which we schedule on March, 2018.
- We found a comprehensive technology provider for the trading platform.
5. Community survey results. A total of 66% participant of the survey prefered liquid funds compared to illiquid funds.
6. New legal partners: Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, Harneys, Arendt & Medernach.
7. Developments with bank representatives and brokerage firms. In progress. More updates in the next digest.
8. Altcoins and BMC price dynamics. Token price growth and rocketfall, ICO-participants finally came to profit.
9. New Blackmoon Team members:  Investment manager, Product manager and Chief Design Officer.
10. Events and interviews.
11. Plans for January.
