Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility 8.3.0.1014

The Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility installs the Windows* INF files. The INF files inform the operating system how to properly configure the chipset for specific functionality, such as AGP, USB, Core PCI, and ISAPNP services.

Make sure this is the first driver install you do before anything else even before updating your freshly installed copy of windows.  Installing this on a pc that has been around for awhile may break more then it fixes.
