Imagine This Scenario: A - Late Into The Night, You Are Watching TV On Your PC, The Sound Is High Enough For You To Hear, But Low Enough To Not Annoy Anyone Else, B - Suddenly, The Broadcast Is Interrupted With Commercials And The Majority Of mfs That Manage The Commercial Breaks Always Want Everybody To Wake Up Sending Then A Much Higher Audio Volume Than The Normal Programming. Question: Does Anyone Know Of Any Program, Or Extension For CHROME Or FF, That Can Manage Audio, So That No Sound Whatsoever Is Sent Into The Output Jacks Exceeding A PreConfigured Decibel Maximum ? Thank You. |
