This is really a good application because if the virus can't find out by the application so this application find it and can remove it. So for the best security we can surely use it. I like the services of the application.

I agree GMER is much better.  McAfee does not seem to be updated very often, but GMER cleaned a browser redirect  infection that everything else could not get rid of.

Try GMER anti rootkit.
GMER is an application that detects and removes  rootkits .

It scans for:

This is a pretty decent tool. It detected the SDRA64.exe/lowsec rootkit and appears to have neutralized them.
