Did you try sending a mail to facebook? Also the reactivating of the account depends on the reason why your account has been deactivated. Are you aware of the reason as why your account is de-activated? if you know that, you can communicate to facebook as why should your account be restored.

On FB your account get disable IF 1). you send so many friend request to unknown. 2).You try to login to your accont from an unrecognized device.
 Then facebook ask some security question to you you have to answer them and your account again activated. There is no software that tell you the password of an account.

First of all, my advice is... don't use these services, in most cases they are scamers.
