Hi Gova,
it's very important to apply these Patches... basically, you need only latest one since every of them are cumulative and include all earlier Hot-fixes and improvements.

Simply extrat .rar file to destop, restart PC, run patch 4 installation, restart PC... finally check is everything Ok with right click on McAfee shield and choose "About".
