I actually never download HiJackThis-tool (I should), but instead I trust on Gould's Cleanup! + ComboFix, followed by hitman pro & superantispyware (both first scan BEFORE any cleanup's are done by either!!! This prevents misdetection by incomplete cleanups).

IMPORTANT : ComboFix is extremely powerful , You should not run ComboFix.exe unless you are asked to by a trained helper .
