Try different browswer - sounds like cache polution / false redirects. Shit happens. Chrome usually works best, Firefox second and just in case... Sigh... Internet Explorer too - for it kinda is a 'standard' for sites...

Simply, go to Proxy page and chose some from Countries which I noted, for example any one of these:
http://unlimitaccess4u.com
http://www.stayhidden.net
http://yblocker.info
http://proxypronto.com
http://browsertunnel.net
After you visit some of them, copy-paste promo link in to "search bar": http://promo.kaspersky.com/fbpure and you'll see this page:
Finally stay on that proxy page and read/follow instructions how to get license key...
Let us know did you success on this way.
