QUERY: how to enable Menu bars in Opera 15?

Selective Copy Paste:
"Differences

So how different is Opera 15 from Opera 12.15, the latest stable desktop version? You may not notice that many changes on first glance but there are many if you look deeper.

The icons in the bottom bar including the zoom slider are not there anymore.
You cannot open a small sidebar panel with often used icons anymore.
The appearance menu is not available anymore. It seems that you cannot customize the look and feel of the browser anymore. This includes toolbars, icons and their position and visibility in the browser. No tabs on side.
The browser settings are limited.  Examples of removed preferences include selecting helper applications for selected programs, font selection, all tabs options and file type actions.
The opera:config page is no longer available.
Chromium developer tools are now used. Bye bye Dragonfly.
Opera Notes is not available.
Custom shortcuts and many mouse gestures missing.
Bookmarks not available yet.
No RSS.
Opera Extensions are not supported.
Features carried over

Some features have been carried over by the team.

Opera Link, the browser's synchronization service is included in Opera 15.
Opera Turbo, now called Off Road mode is also included."

Bottom Line: no more Menu Bars :( Even Apple has those!

FROM: Download Chrome Extension (https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/download-chrome-extension/) and the article referencing it: http://www.spicytricks.com/tips/install-google-chrome-extensions-opera

Copy paste from that article, excluding screenshots:
"Yesterday, I’ve posted about the Opera Next (Opera 15) which is the first version of the Opera after integrating with Chromium. This new version 15 has so many cuts and shaves. You will certainly feel the direct chromium look and design. However, You can install flood of Chrome extensions in Opera from Chrome Web Store. In addition, You can also install extensions offered by Opera.

Opera said in a Blog post,

At this point, Opera 15 (available as Opera Next) supports a subset of the Chromium extension APIs — with more to come.
According to this statement, Currently you can install Chrome Extensions in Opera but all not going work. You can expect more functionality when stable version released.

Steps Install Chrome Extensions in Opera

1. Go to Chrome web store to install any chrome extensions in opera.(or Visit our 25 best Chrome Extensions and apps page http://www.spicytricks.com/tips/chrome-extensions-apps) For example, I”ve opened the Google URL Shortener extension page. But in Opera there is no Add to Chrome (ie: Download) button.

2. To install extension you need download button. To fix this issue, you have to install “Download Chrome Extension” from Opera add-ons page. When you install that Add-on, Opera will notify you that ” Extension was disabled because it is from unknown source. Go to extensions manger to enable it”. So Go to extension manger (Press CTRL + SHIFT + E), and click install button. Now you can see the Chrome store icon beside the address bar of Opera.

3. Now Visit the Chrome extensions page and click the Chrome Store Icon in the Opera to install any extension.

4. Also note that same notification will arise for all extension installation, go to extension manger to enable installed extensions from Chrome Web Store..

Note that You can’t download many Of the Extensions. Here (http://www.spicytricks.com/tips/chrome-extensions-apps) is the list of working Chrome Extensions to install in opera."
