[solved]
Problem: i created a backup with Nandroid Manager* AND THIS TIME I MADE SURE all MD5's were correct (I learned that the hard way before ;p).
When I wanted to restore my sytem, with ClockworkMod in Recovery mode, I got:
couldn't open directory.
No files found.
MD5 failed! Bad checksum.
After great support from Ameer Dawood, I finally solved it myself, after Ameer asked me to check the MD5's with a Windows tool.
One thing let to another... (

Problem: DO NOT USE SPACES IN BACKUP NAME :P
Mount phone to PC. Rename clockworkmod/backup/YOUR LONG NAME to clockworkmod/backup/shortname
Start Terminal IDE (or another shell)
su
cd /mnt/extSdCard/clock*
cd backup
cd shortname
rm na*md5
md5sum *img > nandroid.md5
Reboot into recovery,
restore your phone :)
