Comodo Programs Manager throws in any and all files, folders, and registry entries that it associates with the program in question meaning you can “move” your program(s) to another computer along with relevant files and settings.”
So... Install software... Make backup by creating .exe. Remove program again to keep Windows boot fast. When you need program, have shortcut ready in your start menu and all will run again
Also, you can help your friends to all the cool things you collected...
Yeah, this is good
Because I last year learned, to my big surprise, that when you install - say - 500 programs, Windows will slow down greatly, especially at boot time.
You might - duh! Sure! But... I know my sheit, so I disable all things needed! Services, auto-start entries etc. keeping it all clean to say, 55 to 65 processes at boot-time, max! Still, other programs that ARE NOT STARTED IN ANY WAY will REDUCE boot time.
I would never have believed it, but... This is what I learned only last year. Sigh... It was a Vista x86 OS btw... Hopefully Win 8 changed all that (nvdr, you think??)
So yeah, getting pretty happy here
Karma!
