Running about 10 antivirus programs at the moment, the BIG problems seem to have been solved.
I'm waiting for another certificate error: I had the last one this morning.
And tomorrow (?) I'll make a nandroid backup before restoring official ROM again. And with the proper tools I should be able to restore my Home Screens easily... Should

Related to mentioned problem, I doubt that problem comes from corrupted Android OS... and you will need to install it from scratch (again?).
Before that, do you have the possibility to check the events with the "same" phone from a friend?
