In Your First PCWORLD Link, I Left A Comment Back When.

Fortunately, There Are Still Sites That Bravely Fight Against Planned Obsolescence.

OLDVERSION.COM,

OLDAPPS.COM,

"Because Newer Is Not Always Better".

Some Of Them Have Articles In WIKIPEDIA.

Cheers.

I just started this post to say that I'm so sad because Winamp is dead: http://www.pcworld.com/article/2064877/the-end-of-an-era-winamps-shutting-down.html

I accidentally went to the official site and... "paf"... after that :bih: : http://www.winamp.com

WINAMP is alive (somehow ??? I miss this information): http://www.pcworld.com/article/2087504/winamp-escapes-death-sentence-thanks-to-radionomy.html

P.S.

I use "FileHippo" when need some "old" version for any App: http://filehippo.com/download_winamp/

*old versions are placed on the right side

WINAMP Is My Music Player Of Choice.

I Tried To Use The Very Last Version, But It Kept Crashing, So I Am Using A Version A Little Older.

Cheers.
