IMO, you're talking about "window" from "ShareThis" button... it show new window "only" when you hover with mouse over white or green icons:

When I Was Visiting The Topic, In ( A ), A PopUp Kept Appearing In Rapid Succession.
I Was Closing It And It Kept Appearing 4 Or 5 Times With Only 1 Or 2 Second Intervals - Really Annoying.
