I just checked mentioned picture (second one as well)... luckily, there is no reason for worries.
SCF's member "margosha" used Russian site for Free Image hosting - http://radikal.ru which is safe according to variety Web-Security tests.

The Same Thing Happened Again.
It Does Not Happen With All Pictures Here.
