Ars Technica reports (http://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2015/08/microsoft-accused-of-adding-spy-features-to-windows-7-8/) that Windows 10's "privacy invasion" features being backported to Windows 7 and 8. The updates to avoid / uninstall are below:
