The Convenience rollup update for Windows 7 SP1 contains all updates since SP1 and is useful for new installations.

You get all information here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3125574

Please note that you'll have to install SP1 and the "April 2015 servicing stack update for Windows 7" before installing the Convenience rollup.
The only official way to download the Convenience rollup is the Windows Update Calalog which can only accessed by IE11.
