Hello! I have a big problem and I need help. Yesterday I opened strange email and something gone wrong. Now all my files are encrypted by strange virus CrypMIC and I’m really stuck with it because I don’t know what to do next. I tried to change file extensions manually but it doesn’t work, also I tried different antivirus apps (Avira, Avg, Bitdefender all free version) but they didn’t help either. One thing that helped me is ShadowExplorer which I found here. With a help of this application I managed to decrypt MS Office files, but my photo, video and other files stay locked.
So I want to ask you, is there a similar to ShadowExplorer application that will help me to decrypt rest of infected files? Or the only way out is to pay bitcoin for decryption?
