This is usually not a virus but Ad-ware, you'll need to uninstall all suspicious programs from Control Panel/ Programs & features and then reset the browser settings to default.

Yup, that and scanning with "AdwCleaner": https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/ & with: "Malwarebytes": http://scforum.info/index.php?topic=2201.0 should be enough.

Try and provide us info did you succeed. :police:

cya later!

Hello! I’m new here and I hope that you can help me to solve PC security issue. My son’s netbook is infected with GoGameGo virus that redirects all search requests to serach.mysearch. I think there is no need to explain what search results it can give out. So I want to ask you if there a ready-made tool to remove this GOGameGO virus once and forever?

I have spent some time Googling it, and found a few sites like this (http://manual-removal.com/gogamego/) that seem to offer a removal tool, though I’m guessing once you download and run the tool payment will be asked for.

I don't really have the time and skills to go through editing the registry and host files etc as suggested at link below and Bleeping computer forum.
So I’d be very thankful for any advice especially free and effective removal tool!
