You need to check if your other drives (D,E F etc) are on the same hard drive as your C drive. If they are, you can use partitioning software to merge partitions, that will increase the size of your C drive

Re-partitioning the drives will work, but be careful.  Backup important info just in case.  Dumb question, but have you tried disk cleanup to remove the additional system files?  Removing old restore points from system updates cleared up about 4 gb for me.

and the software "MiniTool Partition Wizard" it's free!! You can resize partitions and add or remove space.
You will not lose information

Oh, now I get it. Rigth click on My computer/Manage. from there you should be able to locate the Disk Management Utility, with it you can shrink some of the other partitions (or just delete them) and then expand your C partition. Remember that you can only expand to unassingned space next to the partition you wanna expand.

i recently full format my PC and install Windows 7. I create new partition in my PC. I wrongly allocate Local disk c with 30GB but all the other disk have 80Gb so i want to make some GB in my Local disk. Is this possible To move some space from Other Disk to C???? And by using cleanmgr it only cleans/files or uninstall programs only :-[
