As I assumed (hoped), problem is (partially) solved.
Now, We both have correct time (automatically) during whole Year, except one Week in Autumn & two Weeks in Spring because the fact that Europe & North America make "daylight changes" on different dates

- Start: Last Sunday in March at 1 am UTC
- End: Last Sunday in October at 1 am UTC

- Start: Second Sunday in March
- End: First Sunday in November
