If it's not on BIOS there's nothing you can do

Hello to all,

I have an HP laptop, using windows 10, I wanted to activate a "wake on lan" option but I couldn't manage that. I did everything what was required but when i tried to go in BIOS to activate it i couldn't find it there also.

Can anyone suggest a solution ?
