Thanks for the tips. For now, you can use Samsung Kies to backup data for Galaxy phones. If you don't like full data backup because it takes more time, then you can use Androidphonesoft Android Assistant for this task. It supports all Samsung smartphone and tablets as long as it is Android. I used this program to backup Galaxy S6 messages to computer without any problem. Quite charming app for me.

There are many samsug phone users, and we should form a habit to backup text messages and contacts to computer, in case we delete them by accident. I'll guide you how to backup samsung text messages to computer easily with "Coolmuster Android Assistant".

Step 1:Connect Android Phone to PC
The first thing you need to do is to download and install the Android file manager on your PC and launch it. The next is connecting your Android phone to PC via the usb cable. Then the info of your phone will be shown on an interface.

If this is the first time you connect your android phone to computer, you shoule enable the USB debugging. You can follow the guide to open the USB bugging: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging".

Step 2:Preview messages and Start Export
You can find many icons on the top, find "Contacts" and click it, then go to "SMS", all messages on your android phone will be listed on the right. Then select and check you want to transfer, at last click "Backup" to start the work. And these messages were saved as .txt format on your computer.

That's all!
