Inside your LAN (between the ISP's router and your end devices). Remember that for IP, it doesn't care if the end device is wired or wireless if they are in the same IP segment. I'm asuming you ISP's router is performing NAT (Network Address Translation), by the way.
The ideal case would be that you are able to see all DHCP clients or connected clients in your router, so you can pinpoint the problem and/or assign static IPs to devices like your computer, printers, etc.For your division of the network schema, it "would be" D.What should have happened is that the DHCP lease of the first device ended, and a new device requested an IP to the DHCP (most likely running in the router) and it assigned the just freed IP

Hello,

If I Break Wireless Communications Problems Into 5 Areas :

A - All Fiber Optics From The Provider To My Building,

B - My Router,

C - The "Radio" Wireless Waves Between ( B ) And ( D ),

D - My Wireless Antenna Receiver, And,

E - My Computer,

And There Is An IP Address Conflict Somewhere, In Which Of The Mentioned 5 Areas Would Be The Problem Most Likely Located ?

Thank You.
