If You Suspect A File, Or A Site, To Be MalWare, There Is A GOOGLE Service, Called VIRUSTOTAL, You Could Use - It Has An Article On WIKIPEDIA.

It Allows The Suspect To Be Checked Against 50+ Other MalWare Checking Services.

It Gives Information If The Suspect Was Already Checked In The Past, Too.

Cheers.

PS.

It Was Already Referenced Previously In This Thread.

Well... My lovely AV is no. 3 but why should i install first when i went to the page.
There is written that shouldn't install AV

Panda?

Probably you have outdated browser(s) which is not compatible with ActiveScan 2.0. ... check "message" which you get when try to start the scan.
