You know, when we just started our company, our first CRM was Microsoft Excel. It was kinda hard to manage our clients’ contact information, so we quickly replaced it with this project management software with gantt chart. We’ve been using it since 2020, and it still perfectly suits our needs. Actually, choosing the right CRM really matters, especially if you’ve just started your business. Guess it all depends on what goals you want to achieve. We’re currently looking for a CRM with an integrated Gantt chart.
