One thing we did was gather feedback from the team about what they found most useful and what needed improvement. We then made sure the job aids were integrated directly into our CRM system, so they could easily pull up the information they needed during their sales calls.
Keeping the aids simple, clear, and visually appealing made a big difference. It was all about making sure they had quick access to the right tools and information.
