Hi,

download Malwarebytes Anti Malware, it should able to remove these rogues. There's also a possibility to remove WinPC defender and Anti-virus Number-1 manually.

Anti-virus Number-1 removal instructions: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antivirus-number-1.html

In both cases there are also automatic rogue removers, just in case manual removal won't be successful.

Hi, what if you have WinPC on your computer, and System Restore won't work, and the computer restarts after about a minute EVERY time you start up? Internet explorer won't work, nor Firefox, so can't get download tool. How do I stop the system shutting down long enough to do anything? Ta

Two new rogue anti-spyware programs were released in the past two days called Anti-Virus Number 1 and WinPC Defender. Both of these are advertised via Trojans.

Anti-virus Number 1 is a clone of the Anti-virus 1 and Antivirus 2010. Like its predecessors it uses false reviews as described here to promote itself. WinPC Defender is a clone of XP Police Antivirus and, with XP Police in mind, it will most likely be a widely spread rogue.
