What about ZoneAlarm Anti-Virus. Does anyone have any compliments or advice about it and the virus scanning engine in it. I heard it was a form of Kaspersky, is this true?

Yes it is true, Kaspersky supply scan engines to ZA:

IMO, ZoneAlarm produce best (free & paid) Firewalls for years... Kaspersky is also in Top 5 for AV protection, so I'm almost sure that this AV is quite good.

I was test them before few years... but I can't remember any details.

Its a good av and it has the best firewall till date,wish if there would be a product like kaspersky av+ zonealarm firewall sometimes I use this combo
