Whenever I boot up or restart my PC, it always start on the blank screen instead of the screen with all my icons and links. How can I make this screen the default one?

If so which hardware and software ?

Bundled USB to VGA converter with software or HDMI ?

When I asked about the hardware and software, I actually mean from the Dual monitor's setup.
