Continuing to hold positions in the market of hybrid smart watches, Alpina announced the release of Seastrong Horological, new analog smart watches for diving.

Over the past two years, the Swiss watch manufacturer has released men's and women's sports models, in the new design of Seastrong, equipped with an interface module created in collaboration with MMT (Manufacture Modules Technologies).

This will allow you to connect smart watches to iOS or Android devices using the MMT-365 application, receive calls and notifications, monitor physical activity and sleep. If you have to spend too much time sitting at the table, Get-Active Alerts will notify you of the need to exercise.

As with previous models, it is possible to get tips for keeping fit through Dynamic Coaching, a function based on an analysis of your physical activity and sleep performance.

What is under the cover of these smart watches is not too different from the models of the same class, but design is always a decisive factor when considering high-end hybrid devices.

The Seastrong collection is represented by four models, each has a bezel of its own color — black, green, orange, and dark blue.

Divers will be happy to know that the 44 mm fiberglass case has a 60-minute unidirectional bezel, which has a locking mechanism to prevent its accidental rotation.

Seastrong justifies its name, allowing you to dive to a depth of 100 m (330 feet), while the luminescent dial will be perfectly visible.

If you are looking for something to decorate your wrist, literally and figuratively, you can purchase one of the new models for 595 Swiss francs, which will be about 480 pounds. We will continue to explore Alpina at Baselworld in March, so stay tuned to see new images and impressions.
