To my surprise, even without a VPN tunnel or proxy active, I could download the giveway! How? I guess (!!) it has something to do with this Google Chrome extension: Facebook Unsocial Reader (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lbdpfpcjdacpjajeiinhbbgdahbdgdbh). You have to TEST if this truly was the reason. It could also be that notemail@facebook.com already started the download on another computer which HAD a US vpn tunnel active... Let me and others know?

If that fails, you might have more luck with: Stealthy (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ieaebnkibonmpbhdaanjkmedikadnoje). Custom US proxies - but one of them is offline so check internet connectivity if download seems to fail - if connected, you can also use if for hulu :).
