I cannot rave enough about this commercial program. I bought it a few years ago with Giveawayoftheday - also 50% off.

I bought two licenses in less than 10 minutes after using it - even if hulu.com ad blocking did not work in those days...

Currently, AdMuncher is the ONLY (Windows) program able to block 95% of hulu advertisements... And Pandora. YouTube. scforum.info ; -)

BUT I NEVER liked the free adblockers! Tried them and removed them - some sites simply get broken when enabled and that is unacceptable! 

Not with AdMuncher... 

  AdMuncher consists of two persons, from whom one is a big addict. He has a really serious problem, I think. He only fixes advertisements on websites. It's his mission in life! Shannon (his name) is ready to answer (or better: SOLVE) every problem / question you might have. All with the build-in IRC chat tool. Only for that I instantly loved it :>

It contains a (complex, for me) script language with which Shannon will help, no problem! With this script language, one can build / expand custom filters.

What cannot be done with AM?

- https traffic is not yet filtered. This will be possible with version 5 - loooong awaited, this is still a work in progress. But it will come, one day. Really ;p
- hulu.com is now working, but it took Shannon more than  a year to tackle it. Since then, hulu has upped its advertisements up to 6 commercials per block instead of the old 4. Shannon insists this has nothing to do with AM influence. I think differently 
- if Shannon or his partner get into an accident, it will be the end of the lifetime license. For now, they are operating non-stop for over 10 years at least.

What I also like very much, is the fact that not ALL advertisements are removed. Some advertisements are very convenient and as long as they are small enough, they are left alone. Of course you can change this behaviour to every paranoid level you wish!

IF you are going to BUY anything this Christmas or even this year, buy this! And do take lifetime... If even with weekly updates - that will suite 99% of users anyway
