The IPO strategy always means that all coins are distributed right from the start, making the initial owners earn money on the cost of the later adopters. The coin is used for speculation only, and anyone interested in stability always has to fear that one of the big initial stakeholders wants to take his profits. We think that distribution of a coin should be done over a longer period of time and to more people to avoid being dragged into pump and dump schemes. Because of that, the coins will be distributed by the core developers over a period of approximately 2-3 years. There are several types of bounties through which everyone who invests a bit of time or money can get some NHZ. Anyone who contributes with skills like marketing, coding, or whatever else can be of use can claim a bounty for his work. We will always try to find ways to get smaller amounts into the hands of new users. The static node bounty system loosely connects the price of NHZ to fiat currencies, while the other bounties help us growing. The majority of undistributed funds is in escrow at poloniex. More details about the running distribution can be found on the block explorer. Besides distribution we know how important real life usability is for long-time success. Because of that we will keep a focus on the development of applications targeting users outside of crypto(-currency)space. We encourage everyone who believes in the power of cryptos to change everyone's future to join us trying to make it a reality!
	Proof of Stake NHZ is a 100% Proof of Stake coin, there's no mining to secure the blockchain. Instead, every running node can take part in the process of forging blocks without the need for distinct hardware. The share in forged blocks depends on the balance of the forging account. The one who forges a block receives all included transaction fees. Besides making NHZ as eco-friendly as it could be, it's also providing immunity to the main problem of Bitcoin, the centralization of hashing power.
