Hi, it's my first time seeing this kind of rule when asking password. 

Btw, I'm new here and I don't know what useful tips to post cause I think, everything is already posted, and you guys are better than me.

Here is a small, free app that was of great use for me not so long ago. I'am talking about Shadow Explorer. The “Previous Versions” feature in Windows Vista/7/8 provides some built-in protection against losing important files. The problem is that the home versions don’t give you an interface to access them, even though it’s enabled by default. ShadowExplorer will let you access and browse your “Shadow Copies”, which are the internal backup copies of files that Windows stores every so often. You can thus recover and export any folder or file you want to wherever you like on your system. Features include show available point-in-time copies, browse through shadow copies, and retrieve versions of files and folders. And yes, its free.
