Hi Xororo and Welcome to SCF Community!

I don't know to much about this Software since We wasn't test them yet.

As I know that is one good application with a lot of satisfied users but there is also one question:

How good is encryption program which have a lot of cracked versions "outside"?

Also I hope that some of our visitors who have experience with DCPP will share their oppinions here with us.

Regards,

Samker

Yeah, but which software doesn't have a crack version? In these days is not so hard to find a crack version for any software.
And I'm not sure if the license is encrypt.
Anyway, thank a lot!

Hey guys, i'm a DCPP user, and i'm very happy with the software. I've been using for several months and i can't complain about it. You just have to make sure that you will save a bootauth key, and to create a "recovery disk". This way, you won't have any future problem.
It is not a freeware but woth it which penny. At least for me.

Hi all,

I've tested Drive Crypt Plus Pack, as a matter of fact I use it on a daily basis. It's a very good software and quite unique, in my opinion. The encryption algorithms are very strong. I never encountered problems with it and I am very satisfied. Someone specified that they lost their data while using this soft - well you have the option to create an emergency disk for cases like this. I took the liberty to present you with some of the main features of this soft that helped me so much, just to clarify your doubts ;)

1. Boot protection

2. Pre-Boot authentication: Login before starting the operating system

3. Multiple OS boot support (Microsoft)

4. Invisible operating system (possibility to hide the entire operating system)

5. Full or partial hard disk encryption

6. Sector level protection

7. Complete "power off" protection i.e. unauthorized users are prohibited from starting up the PC

8. AES 256 bit encryption

9. Full hibernation support (hibernation files and disk-dump data are securely encrypted)

10.No size limitation for encrypted disks

With the software you also get the possibility to hide data into music or picture files.

I hope you will try to use Drive Crypt Plus Pack, my personal opinion about it is that it's the best on the market.

Cheers!

Hi 2 all,
My company is using on several machines DCPP with registered license and we had no real problem with it. You just have to follow the instruction, read the help file carefully  ;) The only trouble with it (this is my opinion) is when you do an upgrade or move the license on another PC, because it take some time to decrypt the OS and remove the bootauth. However this is a minor problem and nobody does it very often. So from my point of view the program is

Hi Gemini44,

thank you for your contribution about this tema.

Also I have one question about DCPP, since you already use them I would like to know more about price and did they give some discount for buying more licence?

Thank you.

Samker

Hi Samker,

You ask about price and discount but I have to disappoint you. The software was bought for the company from our IT department, I am only using it. If you need more informations about this issue I suggest to visit their home page or contact the customer support.

Best regards. :)
