For some reason (maybe it is already deleted), link to release notes from the first post gives me 404.

Couple of questions: does it work for Win7? Win 8.1? Can it be installed over patch 4 or it needs patches in between?

Lets go in order:
About the link, I'll check.. maybe Intel changed their URL Schema
It works on all supported platforms and adds support for Windows 10 "Anniversary Update", it can be installed over P4.
About getting the PW, you are still down on the new posts department :p
