Ok, that's good... did you download/install this MB Utility ("Intel 6/7 series"): http://download.gigabyte.asia/FileList/Utility/mb_utility_atbios.exe
... if yes, what's happening after that - are you able to change BIOS values on that way ??

Also, did you try anything with my suggestion - "older keyboard" & "different" buttons ??
1. Downloaded and Installed @BIOS.
2. Run @BIOS and Re-Flashed BIOS with F7.
3. Re-started the PC and repeatedly pressed Del key on PSU Keyboard.
4. No POST screen. No BIOS setup screen. Nothing happens. Windows 10 does not start.
***** Problem Solved *****Did the following experiments:
Cold Boot PC and keep pressing Del key to get to BIOS setup screen with following combination of Keyboard and Video connection.
