My personal preference is McAfee but their is many other good virus protection out in the market. Both free and commercial.

Look around in this site and you get some good choice.

Some that is large in the market is:
AVT
Avast
Karpersky
Symantec
Panda
Norman (if thay not allready is sold out)
Microsoft Security Essentials

To name some of them.
