Hy remember On systems running Windows 10 Creators Update with Device Guard enabled, you must install Microsoft
KB4016251 before installing this patch

ALL anti-virus programs (including McAfee VSE 8.8, no patch or with patches 1-8) should be uninstalled first before using the VSE 8.8 with Patch 9 UH installer. Please RESTART after uninstalling your existing anti-virus program, before installing VSE 8.8 with Patch 9.
