Been trying to put together some of the websites I use for open source research and the tools I usually use when I need to track down some user accounts / email addresses. Stolen Camera finder is good if you dont have a picture of them, but you have a picture that you know they took (gives you locations of where it was takena nd the online location it was found). Steps I usually take? run the username or email address through a reverse username search tool, get their profile picture. Then, run the profile picture (and any others that are available) through Tineye. Those two steps usually give you enough informaiton to then use the more generic people finder tools, to get criminal records checks done, etc etc.
