Why am I losing in forex?

The reason you are losing is that the forex markets are highly efficient markets that are nearly impossible to beat. Trading forex is like playing roulette at a casino except for the cost to trade (the spread and the broker commission) takes the place of the zero and double zero numbers on a roulette board. This means that forex trading is a negative sum game most of the time. OK… forex is much more complex than roulette and there are occasions when you can beat the forex markets but they are also rare. 99% of forex traders lose money in the long run. In my personal opinion, you would be better off avoiding the forex market and focusing on something easier to beat like individual equities (although equities are still difficult).
