Topic: same thing happen: Spyware Monster FX & Antivirus 2009

I'm having the same thing happen. This box comes up warning me that I have this Spyware Monster FX thing attempting to infect my computer, so windows must shut down....it happens over and over. HOW DO I DISABLE my ANTIVIRUS 2009? I would rather just use McAffee or AVG....but the Antivirus 2009 keeps interfearing with the scans I run. And it keeps shutting my windows down, then it comes back on with the same old warnings about the spyware monster fx.....I don't know what to do. I wish I could just disable the built-in Antivirus 2009. Any suggestions?

4. Provide us logs from HijackThis & AntiVirus Online Scan

One more notice. I think that it will good idea to register at SCF, because in that case you will have enabled some aditional board options.

dude you can try using hiren's boot cd or bartpe boot cd.. boot it and from there you can remove that virus using the mcafee scangui which hiren's and bartpe have.
